About Tsuri Academy

Tsuri Academy was founded on the conviction that every child is born with a purpose.

We strive to create a community where every learner is known, valued and supported as they discover who they are and who they are becoming.

Our approach is grounded in biblical values, shaping not only what we teach but how we live and work together each day. We believe education should nurture the whole child — developing character, confidence, knowledge and a genuine love for learning.

At Tsuri Academy, we want every learner to be encouraged to explore their interests, recognise their strengths and develop the confidence to grow into all they were created to be.

We are committed to developing learners of strong character — compassionate, self-aware and equipped with the knowledge and understanding to contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

Curiosity, innovation, thoughtful communication and mentorship are central to how we learn and grow together. We believe growth is best cultivated in relationship — pupils learning from staff, staff learning alongside pupils and the whole community rising together.

A Day at Tsuri Academy

SCHOOL TIMES:

07:00–07:25 – Drop-off Starts
A warm welcome as children settle in.

07:30 – Classes Start
Purposeful play and guided learning.

Morning Snack
Children bring a healthy snack to enjoy.

12:30 – School Day Ends

Care options:
12:30–13:00 – Waiting Class
12:30 onwards – Regular Aftercare
12:30–17:30 – Ad Hoc Aftercare

SCHOOL APPOINTMENTS

We value open communication with our parents and guardians. If you would like to meet with a member of our team, please arrange an appointment in advance.

Meeting with Teachers
To protect teaching and learning time, appointments with teachers must be arranged in advance. Where possible, meetings should be scheduled during breaks, before or after school.

Meeting with the Principal or Administrators
Appointments to meet with the Principal or an administrator must be arranged in advance through the school office.

Our Christian faith shapes the way we teach, the way we relate to one another and the environment we seek to create for every child. We seek to honour God in all that we do, encouraging learners to grow in their understanding of His Word and to see their faith as an integral part of everyday life.

We believe every child is uniquely created by God, with inherent value, gifts and purpose. Our role is to nurture that potential, providing a foundation from which each learner can grow in faith, character and understanding.

We Believe in the Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the foundation of our faith. It provides truth, wisdom and guidance for how we understand God, ourselves and the world around us, and how we are called to live.

We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things and is worthy of our worship, trust and obedience.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He came into the world to reveal the love of God, to bring salvation and reconciliation with God, and through His life, death and resurrection, made a way for us to have new life in Him.

We Believe in the Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is present and active in the lives of believers. He guides, teaches, strengthens and empowers us to grow in faith and to live according to God’s purposes.

We Believe Every Person Has God-given Value and Purpose

We believe every person is created by God in His image and has inherent value, dignity and purpose. Every child is uniquely created, deeply valued and capable of growing into all that God has purposed for their life.

We Believe in Salvation Through Jesus Christ

We believe that salvation is found through faith in Jesus Christ and is a gift of God’s grace. Through Christ, we are invited into a restored relationship with God and a life transformed by His love.
